Form VI Spends the Day at Sharpe Reservation
Head of Upper School James Reynolds reports that on September 13, he and the Form VI boys, along with College Guidance Counselor Sanford Pelz, spent a lovely day at the Sharpe Reservation in Fishkill, N.Y. Mr. Reynolds noted, "This 2,300-acre preserve is home to five Fresh Air Fund camps. With the assistance of facilitators from the Mountain Workshop, the boys enjoyed a day of high- and low-rope activities designed to challenge them individually and encourage them to work collectively. This tight-knit class demonstrated both its capacity to support one another and each student's desire to push himself beyond his comfort zone. The weather was glorious, and the trip was a great way to kick off the year for the Class of 2014."
